There are three ways to work with the Meta3Ventures studio, each founder-first. A Venture Design Sprint (1–3 weeks) validates the opportunity and the economics before anyone commits to building: opportunity thesis and customer pain map, ICP and wedge, competitive and substitute analysis, data-loop and moat hypothesis, unit economics and a venture-readiness scorecard, and a build/no-build decision memo. A Studio Co-Build Partnership (thesis through launch) is the core of the studio: we form and co-build the company with you — company formation and operating design, product and agentic-workflow build, go-to-market and first customers, hiring and org design, and governed infrastructure where governed agent workflows create an advantage — with founders at the center of the company and the cap table; selective capital is a possible component of an aligned engagement, not a standalone service.
A Founder Operating Partner (ongoing or a focused sprint) gives an existing venture hands-on senior operator support: product and roadmap review, positioning, fundraising narrative and board preparation, hiring input, partner mapping, and an execution cadence. The specific capabilities — agentic workflow and AI architecture, MVP acceleration, go-to-market and partnerships, hiring, governed agent infrastructure, and fundraising readiness — are drawn into an engagement where the company needs them, not sold as standalone consulting. Enterprise transformation and implementation are delivered through GenovateAI within the Meta3 ecosystem.
