Meta3Ventures is an AI-native venture studio founded in 2024 in Tel Aviv-Yafo — operators, investors, and venture builders for the AI-native company era. Liron Langer is a serial entrepreneur, operator-investor, and the Founder and Managing Director of Meta3Ventures. Over more than 25 years, he has built, led, and invested in technology companies across communications, enterprise software, cybersecurity, and AI — serving as a founder, CEO, CTO, product and business leader, board member, and Chief Investment Officer of Nielsen Innovate Fund. His career began in technology and command positions at MAMRAM, followed by large-scale telecommunications systems at Amdocs. He later served as CTO at VocalTec during the emergence of commercial VoIP, co-founded and led Cellglide, and held senior product, business-development and general-management roles at Clarizen, Verint, RADVISION, Portnox and IntSights. From 2017 to 2024, Liron served as Chief Investment Officer at Nielsen Innovate Fund, where he evaluated and supported early-stage technology companies, worked closely with more than 100 founders, and participated in the development of companies that progressed through growth and acquisition. Today, he works alongside ambitious technical founders to turn AI-native ideas into scalable, defensible companies, combining hands-on venture building, product and go-to-market expertise, governed agent infrastructure through Meta3Agents, an experienced operator network, strategic partnerships, and access to capital. Liron also serves in selected board and advisory roles and mentors founders through leading Israeli and international entrepreneurship programs.
