How we work with founders

How Meta3Ventures works with founders — the partnership model, with founders at the center. Who we work with: founders building AI-native companies, pre-seed to early stage, in domains where intelligence, automation, data loops, and governed agents create durable advantage. What we help with: thesis and venture design, product and AI architecture, go-to-market, hiring and org design, capital and fundraising, and partnerships. What we do NOT do: we do not replace the founder, take operational control by default, force capital terms, or make inflated claims. Engagement models: advisory, studio build, venture partner, and selective investment. The first 30 days: diagnostic, opportunity map, venture design, and an execution plan. Decision rights stay with the founder unless explicitly agreed; economics are case-by-case, transparent, and aligned to contribution. Start the founder conversation — not an application for funding.
